Ken Todd

(Instructor for classes 2,4,5&7)

After a number of years of working in various sectors including retail sales, working with youth and owning my business I decided to try my hand at professional driving. In 1992 I earned my class 2 licence and went from driving limos to driving school buses which I’ve done since 1994. During this time I’ve spent a number of summer months driving tour buses.
I’m proud to have been awarded “Tour Guide of the Season” by Princess Cruise lines and to have placed 1st in the island Bus Roadeo.
As a professional driver for most of my working career, my desire as a professional driver as well as instructor is to provide my students with a superior level of training, giving them a leg up when they are left to navigate our hectic roads on their own.

Bill Skipsey

(Lead Instructor / Operations supervisor)

Bill came to Albion in the Fall of 2013 looking for a new career path in the long haul trucking industry. After obtaining his class 1 certification he began working with a company out of Langley BC, soon after he transitioned into a position driving for Albion, running freight from the Greater Vancouver area to Manitoba and everywhere in-between. In a short span of time Bill has become a leader on the roads and is held in high regard with his colleagues. He is never one to shy away from helping a fellow truck driver whether trying to extinguish a burning truck on the Coquihalla highway or being the only guy to stop and pull a high centered lowbed out of an intersection. Recently he took his training to the next level and completed his instructors certification and will now be mentoring new drivers in Albion’s Rocky Mountain Advanced Course. Bill continues to hone his craft and is eager to pass along his knowledge of long haul trucking to new drivers looking to become true professionals.
